The Windows build has been running in internal testing for a few weeks now. It's not a clean, polished release - it's a beta, and I want to be upfront about what that means before anyone downloads it expecting something finished.

What works: launching Minecraft, browsing and installing mods from Modrinth, managing instances, Discord Rich Presence, the auto-updater, and the core UI. The violet palette is in, the telemetry is out, and it generally does what a launcher should do.

What's rough: a few edge cases in the Discover page still need ironing out. macOS is not part of this release - Arqe is still building that side from scratch.

The repo goes public alongside the build. That's not optional - the license requires it, and honestly it's the point. You should be able to read exactly what you're running before you run it.

I'm not putting a date on it because I've learned not to. When it's ready, the Discord gets the announcement first. If you're not in there yet, that's the place to be.
